Due to the digital nature of our programs, we offer a limited "change of mind" refund window:
Full refunds for the digital program are available if requested within 7 days of purchase AND if you have not progressed beyond Module 2 or activated Module 3 resources.
The portion of your payment specifically allocated to Live Group Coaching sessions is non-refundable if you withdraw within two (2) calendar days of the first scheduled Live Group Coaching session, due to the limited availability and preparation involved in these sessions.
These refund terms do not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
