Becoming a parent is one of life's most transformative experiences, and it's our mission to guide you on this incredible adventure with a sense of wonder, just as children approach childhood.
We aim to provide you with what you need beyond the standard knowledge available regarding labor, birth, surviving the fourth trimester, and myriad parenting tips that may not work for you. Here, we want to equip you with all the change, development, and conscious parenting tools you need to navigate your self-identity, master the overwhelm of parenting, and find your parenting style through your own voice.
Our Wonderhood is created for parents like you to be reborn into who you need to be.
We believe you deserve the support to shine as an individual, a unit, and as parents.

I'm Trina Toh, the founder of Our Wonderhood, and a mama reparenting myself.
When I became a new mother, my excitement and joy in motherhood were quickly overshadowed by postnatal anxiety and chaos. I sought help from family care centers and counseling, but couldn't find the support I needed to transition into this new role.
The internet was filled with guides and information that didn't actually help. I sat in mother's groups and parenting courses, holding other mothers while they cried through the overwhelm. It was a perplexing realization - why were so many new parents struggling when the support they needed was so elusive?
Before becoming a mother, I spent more than a decade specializing in change, leadership and development. It occurred to me that those are the exact pillars of parenthood - the biggest change, the most important leadership role, and profound personal development in life. It turns out I already had all the skills, knowledge, and abilities I needed; I just had to apply them in a different context.
Now, I want to help other parents do the same for themselves so that we have more
connected and resilient family units that can thrive in modern society.

“Trina’s program exceeded my expectations. I thought it would just be about rediscovering my identity after giving birth, but it went so much deeper—into relationships, family history, and how these shape the way we parent. The lessons on boundaries and the myth of the ‘perfect mother’ were game-changers. I left with tools I’ll use not just for postpartum, but for the rest of my motherhood journey. This isn’t just a course for the early months—it’s lifelong support. I’d recommend it to every expecting mom (and parent).”

“I felt overwhelmed as a new mom and wasn't sure of my purpose anymore. Birthing You helped me challenge the ‘perfect mom’ myth, release guilt, and build healthier boundaries. Now I feel more confident, supported, and grounded as a new mom.”

“I carried resentment, rage, and grief into motherhood. This program gave me the tools to ground myself, set boundaries, and reconnect with my husband. We’ve regained our family dynamic—and I feel calmer, more compassionate, and more present. I would recommend this program to any mom—because when a mother thrives, the family thrives.”
