“The short, evidence-based lessons actually fit into my newborn days—and gave me tools I could use right away.”
"From the very first lessons, I realised how much I didn’t know about matrescence and how transformative it could be. I began questioning “myths” I had held onto without even realising, and turning them around. The session on epigenetics was an eye-opener, helping me acknowledge my family history without judgment while choosing what I want to carry forward."
"The content on relationships was powerful, not only for my marriage but also for extended family and friendships. The myth of the ‘perfect mother’ shook me; I realised how impossibly high my expectations of myself had been. Learning to release that has been freeing."
"After going through the Birthing You program, I found the awareness and tools to ground myself, embrace my feminine energy, and work alongside my husband again. This shift helped us regain the family dynamic we needed to truly thrive as a family of four."

who get it—no judgment, just support, encouragement, and solidarity.
at 1.5-2 hours each, where we dig deeper than the digital program and explore the nuances of your unique journey.
from Trina as you work through real-life struggles, big feelings, and “what do I do right now?” moments.
so you move from “knowing” to truly living the changes with others cheering you on.
No need to dress up or rush out of the house. Come as you are, with bub in tow.
You are most welcomed to rock, nurse, cuddle, change, have a snack...
We do ask that you leave your cameras on during interactions, but you can always take a few minutes away.

There’s no single “perfect” moment—and that’s the beauty of this program.
If you’re pregnant: This is your chance to prepare beyond the birth, so you enter parenthood with tools, awareness, and strategies that become protective factors from the very start.
If you’re in your baby’s first year: This is the support you wish you’d had sooner—helping you navigate the identity shifts, relationship changes, and daily overwhelm of early motherhood.
If you’re parenting toddlers or little ones under 5: It’s never “too late”—these challenges don’t disappear on their own. The program helps you reset, build healthier boundaries, and thrive as your family grows.
Wherever you are in the journey, Birthing You meets you there—and gives you what you need to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
There is no time pressure to complete the program in any timeframe, however we recommend that you commit a certain amount of time to it everyday/week to help you maintain momentum.
If you commit around 15-30 minutes each weekday - the entire digital program, along with all the exercises included, would take approximately 6-8weeks.
If you commit 30-60 minutes each weekday, the entire digital program, along with all the exercises included, can be completed within 4 weeks.
If you also enrol in the live coaching, that will have it's own timetable that you will attend accordingly.
You’re not alone. Most parents feel like there’s never enough time. But what if this is the thing that gives some of it back? This program helps you reclaim time.
Because when you’re constantly overwhelmed, constantly reacting, constantly unsure—everything takes longer.
You don’t need more hours. You need support, strategy, and clarity—that’s what this gives you.
Even one hour spent here could save you weeks of frustration later.
We also advise in the program that you're free to do it your way. Take what you need, skip what you don't. Dive deep or learn the top line. Make it work for you.
That’s okay. This isn’t a race.
And psssst there's no finish line to matrescence.
The program is self-paced, and even one lesson can shift how you feel. It has also been designed to fit into a busy parent's lifestyle with easy to watch, short, video lessons.
The program also helps you build your own strategy to reclaim time and prioritise your life if completed the way it's intended - so you might find that it helps you with your overwhelm. You also have lifetime access—return to it in your own time, in your own way.
The lessons are designed to be short to fit into a busy lifestyle. Each lesson can range from 5-20 minutes and you can always pause and return to it at anytime.
The modules vary in length, some more succinct (eg. Structures) and some more expansive (eg. Wellbeing).
Prenatal classes prepare you for labour and birth, maybe even a little bit of early caregiving. This prepares you for your personal transition into parenthood. That’s the missing piece. You'll see in this program that labour, birth and early caregiving only makes up a small (albeit crucial!) part of matrescence.
Most prenatal classes cover birth and baby care. We cover you.
Therapy is powerful and can be supplementary. This program helps you build a proactive, structured framework for navigating parenthood in the present. It works beautifully alongside therapy or as a starting point for those who are not yet in therapy or don't feel they have the resources for therapy. It is however not intended to REPLACE therapy for those who need it.
We've had moms who were not able to attend therapy for a variety of reasons but have found the program helpful in the way it delivered much needed tools in a simple way.
The live group coaching is a separate offer that opens periodically. It is included when you purchase it specifically.
Check back often or sign up for the waiting list if it is not open currently.
The live group coaching doesn’t repeat the course content—it deepens it.
The purpose of the group coaching is to:
Deepen integration of the course material through live connection, reflection, and facilitated insight
Provide a community of shared experience to reduce isolation and normalize struggle
Create spacious, transformational conversations that move you from knowing to embodying
You’ll be guided through a meticulously designed coaching session as group (maximizing Trina's 10 years of coaching experience), apply what you’ve learned to real-life situations, get live support, ask questions, share stories, and connect with other parents navigating similar challenges.
It’s where transformation moves from theory to lived experience with community, reflection, and guidance every step of the way.
If you choose to also participate in the live group coaching, there will be recommendations on which lessons will best complement your live sessions. You can still attend the live sessions even if you have not completed the digital lessons, although they will definitely deepen your learning if you do.
You can access the learning portal and the program through your mobile device or laptop/desktop. The video requires a screen and will have audio.
The Wondermap™ can be completed through your devices or printed out to be written in.
